Working with common nettle (Urtica dioica) we'll create a batch of beautiful things including oils & ointments; rinses & soaks; tonics & teas that can be tailored to suit you and your family.
 
Sample refreshments with nutrient rich nettle, whilst we share some of the stories, lore and traditions attached to our stinging friend.
